I have been away for a while and back to the area. This place is great for having lunch and it's even better now with the new ownership.
The food and bread here is always fresh everyday. The staff is wonderful here to. Great conversations while preparing your lunch.
Today was roast beef & turkey on white with muenster cheese, pickles. The other one was roast beef & Ham on honey wheat bread with mayo, green bell peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes.
Stop in and check them out.

My co-worker and I were in the area and stumbled upon this deli by chance. We were blown away by how delicious the food was! All of the ingredients were super fresh (including the bread) which made for a perfect sandwich. We received a large portion especially for the price, I even had leftovers for dinner. The staff were lovely, warm and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!! Thank you!

My first time was today. Coworkers said it's good and just right across the street. I have a break for lunch not much time so. When I went in there was 6 people in line, I was thinking I could be late. But a gal that worked there asked people if they was getting the special, since I've never been there I thought if they couldn't make their special tasty I probably won't come back. So I got the special French Dip. It was $9.79 with tax, came with soda and chips. With French dip I dunk drench and bite, I saw the lil cup they give for dipping and didn't think there's enough. Well after just eating the sandwich and dipping I was full. I haven't touched the chips or drink. I was hungry so I didn't want to fill up on the soda. They didn't have a menu up but I heard the day before they had customers out the door. I will go back and try something else until I tried probably sandwich. I keep going back, so today I finally got their chili with cheese. It has a lot of beans and meaty for it being a small it filled me up.

Love this place so much! Rose Canyon Deli reminds me of the saying, "everything flows down from the top". The owner Mandy has done a phenomenal job creating a welcoming and friendly place! Her staff Lisa, Candice, and Mandy are so friendly and helpful! The prices are so fair for the amazingly fresh food you get! I just keep going back! Love it and recommend to everyone!

Small place, small staff. You will wait. BUT if you can stave off starvation for 15 min, you will then enjoy some of the freshest deli food around. Nice staff. Clean. So delicious.

I absolutely LOVE coming here! The food is amazing and all the staff here are wonderful! Their daily specials are delicious especially the sloppy joes on Fridays. Not to mention their taco salads on Tuesdays. And, chicken cordon blue on Mondays. Thanks Mandy, Lisa, and Candice for being amazing😀.

This place is top notch went in on my lunch break they were very busy (that’s a great sign of great service and food) but the line moved quickly considering! The lovely Candice made my sandwich and even had some suggestions for it I’ve never had service like this Candice was amazing and not to mention CUTE!!!! If ya see this call me ;)

The sandwiches are so good and fresh, best I have had here in Utah by far. And their breakfast burritos are also delicious. And it is great to find a place like this that is open early enough I can buy lunch on my way to work at 7am.
