I hate to give any Five Guys less than five stars, but this one just wasn’t on their A game the day we ate there. The service was friendly, they got our order correct and our burgers tasted good. Both bathrooms were out of order (no way to wash hands before eating- I hope there was an alternate sink somewhere for employees to wash hands…), a lot of the tables were available but not clean, condiments (ketchup) were empty and needed replacing or refilling, and we watched as another customer brought her “unused” napkins back up and replaced them in the stack of new napkins! Instead of standing behind the counter socializing, the employees need to be keeping up on the cleanliness of the dining area.

Wow absolutely great service. A young man named Ryan helped me. He was wonderful, kind, and helpful. It seemed like he was training some new employees but still had time to make my experience fantastic.

That's a tasty burger. I was happy with the food. It was freshly cooked and flavorful. The fries were good. The peanuts were an interesting distraction and meant that there was never a point at which I was just sitting there hungrily waiting for something to munch on. The place struck me as dirty, but maybe that was due to the small children that had made a mess of peanut shells and such. I would eat there again once my cholesterol levels recover.

Great burgers, lots of fries, and not too expensive. Lots of customers but the wait was not long for our food. Besides they had free peanuts 🥜 in boxes that you can munch on while waiting. I was placing the shells on the table and an employee walked by slid them on the floor and said that's where they belong.

I gotta give these guys some credit. When they first came in, the quality was exceptional. But then like so many places, it appeared like they were cutting costs, the quality went way down and we mostly gave up on them. But last week we returned and to our surprise, the quality has returned. The burger was exceptional, cooked perfectly with soft, fresh bread. One helluva good burger!

The food is as expected for fast food. Better than most fast food but not the best of all.
The service is typical of fast food restaurants.
The atmosphere is also as to be expected for this type of restaurant.

I really like the burgers and fries here. Don't be put off by the more expensive fries, they come in a huge bag.
Though, a small fries almost cost as much as getting a small burger So you could always do that instead of your extra hungry, ha

I enjoy coming to this five guys! My burger is usually cooked fresh and I don't think I've ever been disappointed at at there restaurants! Their fries are definitely delicious as well! It just seems like a classic American Burger! If you haven't tried five guys, swing in when you have a chance!

Really friendly, efficient crew. Loved the vibe of this location and the food was delicious. Highly recommend the chocolate shake. Thanks for being open during the holidays!

The food was delicious. I got a bacon cheeseburger with mustard, A-1 sauce, and tomatoes. Great taste. Service was ok, but a lot of the employees looked disengaged or sitting in the lobby on their phones. Not my favorite location.
