Been coming for years! Has been and will always be my favorite cookie place! I come here often to buy cookies for my students, and come here even more often to buy the cookies for myself, friends, neighbors, and anyone I want to show appreciation to!
A couple things to keep in mind:
- CHIP is a more ‘doughy’ cookie. So if you prefer a very crunchy cookie or aren’t known to indulge in raw cookie dough, this might not be your spot.
- The app as of today (1/19/22) is not great, and has many issues. But hopefully it improves!
- Their shipping has always been perfect, as I’ve also sent boxes across the country and never has issues with the quality when recipients receive them.

The cinnamon roll chip was meh. I expected it to be warm and it was not. But the worst part was the packaging. This is how the employee handed it to me, with her gloves completely covered in frosting. The bag was all sticky on the outside too before I wiped it off. The cookie probably would have been better if served in a box and 80% of the frosting wasn’t smeared off. I feel like my 3 stars is generous.

This place was sooooooo good. Came back here twice when we visited Salt Lake City!! Huge cookies with a price tag. Everyone in there was very nice to us. The cookies were delicious. Favorite was chocolate chip

What a disappointment. Clearly something is seriously wrong. Employee didn't know the flavour the fruit filling. Didn't know how long the location we were at had been open. He thought 4 years. Cookies weren't just under baked they were actually raw. Only 4 flavors of cookies are now available. Kitchen is in shambles. 20 bucks for 4 cookies. What a disappointment. The 2 of us didn't even eat them all. Total waste of money. Clearly the owner is either MIA or just doesn't care. Don't waste your time going to Chip Cookies.

Love Chip! Best cookie place in Utah. Cookies are warm, soft, and gooey delicious. Customer service is always super nice.

Delightful find! Love that it was open late to get a treat after an event downtown. Shady part of town at night but worth the stop. The sugar cookie was different than any other place and the frosting was delicious and light compared to the usual heavy buttercream. Will definitely be trying it again.

I love Chip! I have been a customer for about 5 years and have usually had really great experiences. However, today I ordered some cookies to be delivered. The delivery was a little over an hour over the max estimated delivery time, which was disappointing but they say that it could be 45- 1 hr over the window, so no biggie. But the cookies on arrival were actually underbaked- and not in the usual delicious way! They tasted weirdly doughy and a lot of the Cadbury eggs were solid, not melty like they usually are. Again, I have had positive experiences in the past so hopefully this is just a fluke.

Best cookies in Utah! There cookies are HUGE and always fresh. The og chocolate chip is incredible as well as there always-changing specialty cookies! Great place for a late night treat.
