Surprisingly delicious! I loved the banh mi steak I ordered with the tempura sweet potato fries. They were amazing! My friend ordered the beef pho and she said it was really good. They even gave her extra noodles on the side since pho comes with so much broth.

Pho Thin is in the same building as Saola. I have been going to Pho Thin since they were in SugarHouse. The Pho is THE BEST I have had anywhere. I just wish they were open for in restaurant dining on week nights! (They close early for dine in on week nights, but I believe you can order to go still).

I'm a sucker for a good meatball pho. This place has one of the best in Utah. Seriously. Come hungry and go home happy. Then go back and try anything else on the menu. I have never left dissatisfied. Service is also on point. Great date spot.
Delicious. Had the vegan pho w tofu. Got the southern style (lime, basil, bean sprouts), but preferred the "as is" flavors.

Very nice and clean place. We have a group of seven people just landed from Salt Lake City AirPort 9:30 pm. We are cold and hungry. We called the place and ask to see if they fit us in. They’re going to wait for us. We order Pho.
