From Scratch - Salt Lake City - Photo album

I wish the food was as good as other places, or maybe we weren't lucky with the choices. I ordered the scratch burger, which, in my opinion, was too salty, and something was missing on the flavor side of it. My husband ordered the egg burger. In his opinion, the burger was missing salt, spices, or
We are looking for some new places in SLC, and stumbled upon From Scratch. The menu looked fun so we gave it a try. Salmon - 4 stars - salmon was cooked perfectly. The pan fried veggies were flavorful. The mashed potato needed a little more love. We are a big potato fan in this family. A little mo
From Scratch will always be my go to place in Salt Lake City. I love that everything is from scratch. The pasta, the bread, the sauces. The risotto cake with the tomato sauce and arugula is the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. The wood fired bread with the butter and apple jam is amazing. I’ve
Service: 5/5 , Food: 4/5 Tried From Scratch for the first time and overall, it was a good experience. We were able to make a reservation for our party of 9 and it was really convenient seeing how busy the restaurant gets. The staff was super nice and our server was very helpful and on top of checki
This place was so good!! The food was amazing and the drinks were too. Our server Rudy really made the meal so much better as well. Definitely going to come back next time we’re in SLC. I would 100% recommended others to dine here.
The fennel sausage pizza was INCREDIBLE! Also got the steak and salad, it was excellent. Great atmosphere and fast seating + service, plus excellent pricing too. The fennel sausage pizza tasted delicious, plus it was huge and only $16 - excellent price! Other meals like the burger came with lots of
Great little spot near the Gallivan Center in Salt Lake City. Cozy little side alley. Dairy Free across the street. To begin we used the check wait time option on Google which said there was little to no wait. We didn’t get there for about 20 min so when we got there we have a small wait. The plac
I'm a flight attendant and was in Salt Lake for a layover. I wanted to find a healthy option for food and came across wonderful place. The food was very fresh and delicious. I sat at the bar where I could watch them cook and prepare the food. Very professional and very entertaining, I definitely sug
If you’re visiting SLC, this is one of the best restaurants you can go to. I had the pastrami burger… out of this world. Fries, also out of this world. I honestly might come back for round 2. If you’re in SLC, you have to stop by.
Came here for lunch today, overall a pretty good restaurant. They have several types of food and I'd be willing to bet that any of them are good options. I got the egg burger and sweet potato fries and it was good quality. Service was great, portions were reasonable. I would come back. I will make
My mouth is watering just thinking about this place. I’ve dined here a few times now and have been impressed with everything I’ve ordered. The sourdough bread service is what keeps me coming back. I’ve also really enjoyed the Honey-Apple salad, BLT, Tri trip and the Brussel sprouts starter. There ar
I had someone recently recommend this place. So I saved it for my birthday! The food was very good and filled with flavor. I got the bistro gan off and it was so tasty. I’ll be back for that, but I do want to mention that the experience was very good. I was just so impressed with the short staff. Th
I had an arugala salad with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing and grilled chicken, and it was of the best I've ever had. They have a nice menu and I look forward to trying their sandwiches done time. When leaving, the waitress brought extra travel cups of iced tea, a really nice touch! Great food, de
We got a couple pizzas and chicken alfredo. The pizzas were really good. Especially the 4 cheese. Our only complaint was the wait staff seemed to be a little tired and the floors were dirty. However we would definitely recommend.
It was good... Was it worth the price point? Absolutely not. The bread was really hard to chew. I don't know if that was by design, but it diminished my experience. I don't believe I'll be returning. Our server was great though.
I am a huge fan of supporting local and especially of from scratch, homemade cooking! My husband and I were visiting SLC while we were staying in Park City. I made a reservation ahead of time, just in case. It was a Saturday and we ate around 5:30. It was not busy at all, however, there was a big ar
