I have been coming here for the past 15 years. The donuts are consistently delicious. The cinnamon one is my favorite but you can’t go wrong with any of the donuts. I highly recommend that you try. This place is a local favorite Utah/Salt Lake area favorite. Everyone knows the yellow box. If you don’t know then go and find out. You won’t be disappointed.

Probably the best donuts I have ever had! The dough is incredibly soft and fluffy. They have plenty of options but you need to go there early if you want to get them all. The sugar and maple were our favorite! They have a parking lot and the drive thru option. The staff is friendly and you can also see inside the kitchen where they make their donuts. If you are in town, don’t miss this gem!

I went to pick up 20 dozen assorted donuts for a Trunk or Treat party. They were stacked and ready to take and still warm. They were tired best donuts I’ve ever had. Once you’ve had a donut here you will never want a grocery store bakery donut again.

We went here on a snowy morning so it wasn't crowded. There were some parking spots at the back. We got chocolate sprinkles and blueberry donut. The price was super affordable! The donuts were fluffy and soft. The frosting was sweet enough so when I bite the whole donut, it wasn't too sweet.
The chocolate donut was chocolaty and decadent. I could taste the blueberry in the frosting of blueberry donut. We would definitely come back when we are in the area.

The traditional fried donuts were a revelation. They had a soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture, capturing the essence of what a classic donut should be. It's evident that Banbury Cross has mastered the art of creating these timeless treats.
Although cake donuts are generally not my go-to, I sampled them out of curiosity. While they didn’t quite win me over, due to my personal preferences, they were nonetheless well-crafted and I can appreciate their appeal to others.
In conclusion, Banbury Cross didn’t just meet my expectations, it exceeded them. This place is a testament to the art of donut making, offering a delightful experience for all. A well-deserved 5 stars for their exceptional offerings!

Best donuts in SLC! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, perfect combo of dense and airy, great frosting. Good variety and helpful staff. Drive thru is a nice option and there is quite a bit of seating inside as well.

Great little great little donut shop sharp they were open at 5:00 in the morning which worked out for me to be able to pick up donuts for my crew team members on the way to work they have a filled donut hole that is to die for they have three different flavors of them they're great they're better than great they're amazing anyway if you get a chance. It'll be an experience you want to have over and over again!

I usually love these doughnuts and tell everyone that they are the best. Much to my surprise I rushed there last week to get some through the drive through and both doughnuts, different kinds tasted like they were at least a day old. They were not fresh at all. Cold and dry. I have never had this experience before and because I went out of my way to go there it added to my disappointment. The chocolate milk I ordered was also old, and not fresh. I had to grab another breakfast somewhere else. Just wanted to make the company aware because that is not what I'm used to and have had before many times.

These guys have it! Every other donut from anywhere else just can't get it right. These are fluffy, morsels from heaven. They have been around since I was a kid growing up in Sugarhouse and for as long as I can remember they make the best donuts ANYWHERE. Get them by the dozen and early in the morning when they are warm - they melt in your mouth and you can't stop! Get a big glass of ice cold milk and have a seat, this is gonna be good.

Excuse the long post: we are in SLC from out of state for a few months, I come to Banbury to get 3 or 4 dozen donuts to take to my husbands job once a week, normally they are fantastic- we love them. Well tell after driving them 25 minutes to his work we noticed all the glazed donuts tasted like lemon. Everyone who tried them said the same thing. So I called to let you guys know, I didn’t ask for a refund or free donuts or anything, simply called to let you guys know they all tasted like lemon. The guy on the phone told me “you need to go to the doctor if you taste lemon because I make the glaze everyday.” I’m not sure why he was so rude to me, but I’ll be finding a new donut shop to go to. Everyone in the drive thru was great but with customer service like that, I won’t be back. I will never understand why people in the customer service industry are so rude.

We tried to visit your shop on National Donut Day only to find your lobby closed at 4pm for cleaning. It looks to have been closed for a while. Your posted hours said you were open until 5.
The drive up window was open with a line clear down 700 East. The line was so bad a car accident happened right there in front of your shop.
We walked away, and watched at least 9 customers walk away disappointed. It might have been better to let folks come into the lobby to alleviate traffic and car idling. Just a suggestion...
