Fillings & Emulsions - Salt Lake City - Photo album

Open and welcoming space, the pastries are beautiful and delicious. The staff was kind and helpful. Helped me pick a gift for a friends party and it was on sale. The macaron selections were a hit at the party.
Bakery is delish This place was soooo good! The Cuban sandwich is amazing and the salted caramel macaroon melts in your mouth. They were so nice and answered all of our questions!
These were the best croissants I've ever bought in America. Very authentic. I also got the key lime cheesecake and it was divine. So beautiful. These croissants are better than gourmandize! #winning
**Dough Lamination (Croissant) Class is outstanding! ** F & E pastries are as delicious as those we had in Paris. This class, taught by Adalberto and Brian (both Executive Chefs and co-owners) exceeded our expectations. They take you step by step on how to make their decadent pastries. The class i
This is basically what it would be like to eat on the Great British Baking Show. The colors, the wild fruity flavors and the friendly people serving it up. We got a mishmash of their cakes, tarts, savories, and macarons and they were all good. The only negative is the amount of gelatin (I'm not a ba
Cute little bakery, so many varieties, my daughter loved the butter croissant & the double chocolate roll cake! And apparently Cuban owner, also have won the 2021 best in Salt Lake City!
Amazing affordable pastries! This Cuban influenced bakery is a hidden gem. To the owners, can I suggest that you make the business more visible from the street? I’ve driven and biked by countless times but only noticed it for the first time today. Maybe you could put a sandwich board on the sidewalk
Amazing bakery, with the biggest croissants I ever saw. Most of the products are very new and fairly priced. The espresso had also been really strong. I like water in the pineapple, it's a good touch. The owners are really accommodating and super cool! Drop in for a coffee and a nice baked item. Wil
Can’t go wrong with anything here. We particularly like the macarons. I suggest the variety pack so you can try more flavors. My pictures are from the Salt Lake Airport location.
Ordered a buche de noel cake for my company's holiday party! The cake was delicious! Every in the office loved it! It was perfect and beautifully decorated, I didn't want to cut into it! The service was amazing. They accommodated our order earlier than buche de noel cakes were available. There was o
I always loved this pastry place called Normandies a long time ago because of their fresh, high quality pastries. They ended up permanently closing their doors. I am a HUGE pastry fan and critic, so I was very unhappy that I couldn’t find another place that perfect. My husband knew this and searc
Absolutely love this place! I'm a bit of a french macaron snob. I've had them all around the world and these are hands down the best macarons in Utah. Aside from just the macarons, everything else I've ever tried there has been divine. I recommend to all of my friends and everyone loves this place.
The most delicious bakery in Salt Lake. Today I had a Cubano (espresso with brown sugar), prosciutto calzone and took home for the family a pain au chocolate and a sheet of dinner rolls. Everything was very tasty.
Oohhhh!! Where do I start? Desserts here are so delicious 😋 they have some of the freshest, flakey desserts I have found, the staff is wonderful and honest!! If you haven't tried I suggest you do, as well they make custom birthday cakes.
Awesome selection of treats. We tried a few of the macaroons and they weren’t really anything too crazy. The tiramisu was decent. They had a lot of savory breakfast items as well so I would love to try the selection. It was a bit pricey.
