Whiskey Street in Salt Lake City offers a fantastic selection of whiskey and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The knowledgeable staff is eager to help you explore their extensive whiskey menu. That said, I didn’t even order whiskey. Pink Sand with mezcal instead of tequila for me. Incredible. The food is also amazing. I went with a party of 3 and we ordered 4 appetizers, the portions had us all very full by the time we finished. Whether you're a whiskey enthusiast, cocktail fan, foodie, or just looking for a great night out, Whiskey Street is a must-visit.

Our tip to you (which is absolutely our own fault for not doing our homework): reservations. We came on a Friday night around dinner and hoped to snag something but didn't expect it to be so busy. We had a party of six and were able to stand at the middle bench- it was cozy but not cramped. Service was amazing- our server Rin was very helpful, kept tabs on us and even suggested drinks when we asked. The rosemary drink was seasonal- tasty, but it was the blackberry whiskey sour with egg whites that blew us away. I'll come again to try some of the dishes I saw flying by!

We were able to get a table same day and sooner than quoted on a weekend, which was really convenient and made for an exciting impulse date night. The whole place somehow felt catered exactly to my specific tastes, and it was a wonderful treat. The music was a cutesy and upbeat selection from the last decade. We tried a handful of cocktails and they all tasted divine, with the descriptions very accurate to the flavors in the drink. The Wood and Thyme was especially fascinating as it was sweet as candy while still having an herbal punch. The food was tasty, juicy, and unique, and our server (Kavon? I think was his name?) was more than happy to accommodate a picky eater. He was also very attentive, always popping up right when we needed him, and was full of bubbly little jokes and great suggestions. Will definitely be back!

This place originally was a restaurant that "served" during prohibition. So that history is preserved as it is now a "whiskey" bar. Great selection of whiskey and liquor and I opted for a Sazerac cocktail. The grilled shrimp BLT I had with a side salad was really really good during dinner. Service was great and didn't feel rushed or not looked after even though it very busy. Highly recommended.

This whisky bar is far from typical. It offers an extraordinary dining experience with amazing food prepared by a skilled chef, not just a cook. The service is excellent, ensuring you have a memorable time. When it comes to whisky selection, they have an extensive range that will exceed your expectations. However, it's important to note that the liquor pouring laws here are slightly different from other states. Double pouring is not allowed, meaning you need to finish your drink before ordering another. This policy makes perfect sense and ensures responsible consumption. Additionally, they are diligent about checking IDs without any exceptions, prioritizing safety and compliance. For added security, they even have a dedicated door security personnel present during late hours. I highly recommend this whisky bar for an exceptional experience that combines delicious food, impeccable service, and a remarkable selection of whiskies.

We had a great time at the Whiskey Street Cocktails. The menu has a great selection, and the bartenders were extremely knowledgeable, ensuring you would receive a drink you liked. The venue itself is gorgeous, and it truly made you feel like you had stepped into a bar from an old movie. I also like the history of the location that is outlined in the menu. It made you appreciate the space even more. Can't wait to return!!

I absolutely love this place. All the people who work here are so polite right from the person who checks your ID to the wait staff. The food is amazing and we were on a keto diet so the waitress was super accommodating and replied to all our questions and enquired for substitutions with the kitchen for us. Very happening atmosphere on a Saturday night with a fun crowd and music that is just right. I had a gin and tonic which was really good and for food I had lamb chops which was succulent and very flavourful. They substituted the potatoes with Brussel sprouts which was so yum. My husband had the smoked chicken which he very much enjoyed. This is a great place for a date night and a constant go to for us.

I love going to Whiskey Street, I love the atmosphere. The food is always delicious. This visit I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Popcorn appetizer and Cold Noodle Rum Cocktail. Our server was very knowledgeable about the food and the drinks that would go with it. Great customer service. Fun visit once again!

Whiskey Street Restaurant provided an exceptional dining experience, heightened by the excellent service from Sydney. The atmosphere with the amazing 80’s playlist topped it off in our comfortable booth. Sydney’s recommendations of perfectly cooked salmon, nestled on a bed of mashed potatoes and crisp green beans, showcased culinary expertise. She hit another home run with the second entree guidance of the well-seasoned meatloaf. What a delightful surprise. The crowning glory was the magnificent bread pudding with ice cream, culminating our meal with a sweet crescendo. A memorable evening for our wedding anniversary of culinary delights and attentive service at Whiskey Street.

Food, service, and atmosphere were all on point. Massive whiskey selection, but plenty of beer as well. I'll definitely be back. You'll likely have to park in a garage though, since street parking is hard to come by.
