Pizza was delicious, but service slow. One really hard worker and 3/4 really slow people...
We usually are very happy with our pizzas, however tonight we ordered a pizza that had 2 different halves. On the box it was written correctly but it was actually made with all items on the whole pizza which resulted in us picking off half the toppings but the flavors tainted the whole pizza

Ordered from Cottage Inn last night for delivery. The pizza was dropped off at the wrong house and left on the porch. We got it cold and had to reheat it ourselves in the oven. When we called they offered to replace it but then never showed up. When I called back I was put on hold then the line was

This is our preferred pizza place in Saline. The pizza is always hot and well prepared. Our order has never been inaccrate or untimely.
When this cottage inn gets the order right, it's good. But it seems in the past few years, even before covid, every order has had something missing: order with light sauce, get regular or extra, flavored crust, get nothing. I've held off writing a review but finally had to do it. When you spend $30+
