Excellent service and the drinks are fantastic! The seating is great as you have space and not sitting so close to another table you can hear their conversations. Free WiFi and unlike other coffee places the AC is not blasting so you can relax and enjoy your beverage and a tasty treat.

Melody makes the best Mexican mocha! She also makes it hot! I get turned off by lukewarm coffee. This place is clean and chic. They also have books that you can browse and read while drinking your coffee. Definitely would visit this place again for a good coffee.

Nice coffee shop with some pastries on offer. Good internet speed, plenty of tables to choose from and open after two unlike the place across the street. I would say that coffee is average, very drinkable even if their coffee roasted beans are darker than I would like. Last but not least, staff is very friendly. Give it a try.

The environment was very relaxed and the baristas were very friendly and provided good customer service. They even allowed us to take our bikes inside the coffee shop which was nice. The coffee however was not very good at all. My Americano tasted very bland and water down even after I added some milk and sugar to try spruce it up a bit. The Mexican Mocha had a very unique taste too it but wasn't very good either. Lastly, the pastry that I am sure was store bought was hard but it did taste good, had it been heated up a little it would have ever tasted like heaven. So, if you want a pretty decent scene with okay coffee it's the place for you.

I went during the kiddie kapers and those poor people worked their butts off and did a great job they all should get a little extra gift like a paid day off or something. Amazing job to you all. The only issue I had is there was a sign outside that said coffee and hot chocolate but we had to go inside for hot chocolate. But overall awesome.

All deliciousness aside, the staff here is fantastic. They welcomed my friend and I on our journey from Washington to Ohio, and in the hour we spent at Rollick’s, we feel like we had a little home! A great place to visit if you can make it to Salinas.

Stopped by in the morning for some coffee and it has a great atmosphere. We got 4 different coffee, lemon cake, and a cinnamon bun. Everything came out great and I will stop in again when I'm in the area.

I attend work meetings here about once a month. Rollick's is surviving just a block down from a Starbucks. Locally owned, good staff, Wi-Fi, decent chai, coffee, and quick breakfast bites. What's not to like?
