Went in to Chili’s for the first time in awhile on Saturday 10/12 (not the friendliest or accurate service at this location) we sat in the bar and had Kate help us. Wonderful experience! I have a medical condition that prevents me from using the required mask. Instead of having me leave the girl spoke to a manager and then warmly welcomed me inside and escorted us directly to a table. She promptly brought us drinks as it was very hot today. Food sucks here and at Applebees. It's the same level of food at either place. No flavor. Fries sucked. How do you f up fries??? Wouldn't have even gone there except i had free gift cards to use.

We ordered, the wait staffwere very accommodating and put together two tables quickly for our family. We received our food all of it was luke warm at best. Didn’t bring our extra avocado ranch.
