Stopped in our way home from Denver. The food, pizza and salad was amazing. Great beer selection. The atmosphere and staff was great also would definitely recommend!!!!

Great food, great service, great beer. But they were out of the stout so I was forced into trying a different beer and I was not disappointed!
Great place! Food was delicious as was the beer. Had the Italian pizza and Brown Eyed Girl beer. Staff, service, ambience were all outstanding. Will definitely come back!!

This place never disappoints! The food is always delicious and the staff are always friendly! I love their drink specials. The cucumber jalapeño margarita is amazing! Going here for lunch today!
Yum! Passing through on our way home from Colorado, we enjoyed the best food we had during our weeklong trip! Strawberry Fields salad was excellent, as well as the fish and chips. The seasonal beer (Harvest Patch Shandy) stimulated are buds to the point where we called a package store in our hometown, where they are holding some for us! The servers were helpful and efficient. We so look forward to another visit when in the area! Thank you!
My husband and I found this place on google while passing through Salina. We will come back to Salina just to come here. The staff was friendly, quick service, wide selection of in house brews and excellent food.

My husband and I ate there for the first time on Tuesday night and were beyond satisfied. We each had one of their burgers, and they were fabulous. We had more really great fries than we could eat! The food is very reasonably priced, and we had a great waiter, too. We will be back!
Blue Skye is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Salina. My husband and I go quite often and sit at the bar. The bartenders are awesome, super friendly and helpful! We went last Saturday with a larger group and they were very quick to let us know that a table was opening up and got it cleaned off quickly. And of course, great and unique food options and good beer! High five to all the wait staff and bartenders for always being attentive and friendly!!
Good food (pizza), craft beers, friendly wait staff, and speedy service. My wife and I were spending the last night of our two week vacation in Salina, and used the Trip Advisor reviews for this place. We got there about 6:00. It was typically noisy, but not obnoxious. Full of families with young children, as well as 60+ year olds. We were not disappointed, and Should our travels bring us back to Salina again, we will come hear again!

Good beer and wood-fired pizza! Had the Andouille pizza. Ordered crispy on purpose. Spinach flavor strong but made me feel like I got some veggies lol. Staff is friendly and attentive!
New Years Eve and quite busy. A bit understaffed server wise, but the servers they had did awesome!

A surprising cool little brewery in this small town. Worth a stop. Friendly staff, good wood fired pizzas, which included a cauliflower crust option, different sauces if you aren't into red, and all the normal toppings. My daughter loved the cauliflower crust with spinach and tomatoes on top. The B-17 Blonde beer was perfect for those light beer drinkers like myself. About 5 more options for you beer nerds out there too!
Not sure why it removed my original review but they have great food here and I had a jalapeno beer that was superb. We always go here before a concert at the stiefel. I would highly recommend they fill up quickly though.
