Well, as far as I am concerned, it is the best place in town. Vaughn, the GM, is absolutely wonderful. He has amassed a staff of highly dedicated employees. We particularly prefer Maggy. She is personable, knowledgeable and has such a positive attitude. Ask for her when you swing by.

High-end options with a great variety and consistent quality. The environment is sleek and inviting, the staff are friendly, and the food is great. I often order the chef’s choice sashimi platter and the cuts of fish are very generous.
Thoroughly enjoyed lunch here. The meals were the right size, food was delicious, and drinks were well made. I got the andouille poboy and it was excellent. I advise getting the hot peppers. They’re not very hot and they add some zest to the taste. I also enjoyed the whiskey sour quite a bit.
Barolo Grill is INCREDIBLE! The atmosphere is so classy and elegant, and the staff truly makes you feel like a regular - even if it’s your first time there! The food was divine and had a gorgeous, upscale presentation! I’m grateful to have such a fantastic restaurant in this part of Kansas!

Loved the portobello mushroom burger with cheese! Sweet potato fries are served with maple syrup and are to die for! You better get down here before they run out!! Atmosphere was very relaxing and my server, Erin was so friendly.
Wonderful gem in Salina! The food was great, the atmosphere was super cozy and nice, and the service was even better. Jessica was our server and she was super helpful, gave great recommendations on food choices, and we had a great experience! Good wines, great steaks, I would highly recommend!

We tried Barolo for Happy Hour from 3-6 pm and the small plates and drinks were fantastic! Kaysi was our bartender and waitress-she was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations! Definitely will stop again when in Salina!
