Stopped on our way to De Smet for something to eat. Great coffee and really good egg sandwich for brunch. Well worth getting off of the main road.

The food is delicious! The coffee is amazing. The service is great! I have nothing bad to say about this place. The owner is so sweet and even made a custom meal for my daughter. Gluten free options!!!! I will be back when I visit SD.

The Homestead is a staple coffee shop to the Salem area. An overall great hangout, the old-fashion look from the outside mixes perfect with the trendy café look on the inside. This place is great for casual lunch meetings or to just grab something to eat or drink. Coffee options are great!

Cozy morning place for breakfast, and really really good coffee! Lunch too, of course! ☕Lots of little places to sit and work, without being in someone else's space. And, finally, a coffee shop that's open in the afternoon!
