We ordered a “delivery” order through the app. We paid the service fee plus tip etc. We waited and waited but nothing with the status of the order was happening. We called to see if they got the order. Yes they did but they don’t deliver. I asked how do I get my money back for the fees etc. the worker on the phone stated oh well I dont have authority so you will have to get a hold of customer service from the app. 🙄 Wouldn't it of been easier to just not have the delivery option on the app? Maybe then you wouldn’t have an angry customer also? Very very dissatisfied with how everything turned out. And to top it off my fries were cold when we went and picked them up.

My wife and I brought our kids and we ordered a ton of nuggets about 30 minutes before closing (we know we’re the worst) and the lady was very professional, and kind. They had a problem with their machine, and she resolved it very professionally. Thank you!

In my personal experience over the past year, this place get's orders wrong on a regular basis.
Work on team building exercises and better training practices, sounds like the employee's really dislike being there and I'm sure that stress contributes to wrong orders.

I went there 2 times in the past month, and both times they didn't give me honey mustard sauce for my chicken nuggets when I SPECIFICALLY asked for it.
