If I decided to go there, I prefer to go during the day. The food seems to be fresh compared to the evening/night.
We ordered a “delivery” order through the app. We paid the service fee plus tip etc. We waited and waited but nothing with the status of the order was happening. We called to see if they got the order. Yes they did but they don’t deliver. I asked how do I get my money back for the fees etc. the work

My wife and I brought our kids and we ordered a ton of nuggets about 30 minutes before closing (we know we’re the worst) and the lady was very professional, and kind. They had a problem with their machine, and she resolved it very professionally. Thank you!
In my personal experience over the past year, this place get's orders wrong on a regular basis.
Work on team building exercises and better training practices, sounds like the employee's really dislike being there and I'm sure that stress contributes to wrong orders.
I went there 2 times in the past month, and both times they didn't give me honey mustard sauce for my chicken nuggets when I SPECIFICALLY asked for it.
