The big macs are BUSSIN but if you buy one make sure you say light lettuce or they will pour lettuce everywhere for no reason..if ur lucky they will listen its 6:02 and at like 5:56 is when I got the food and idk who works there now but this shii is good, okay bye and yall workers are a bit rude and don't listen but that salem 😭👍

Two week ago our breakfasts had 4 items wrong and had to wait 20 for an order of bacon. Tried to talk to someone and couldn't get the attention of any employee until I spoke up. One younger guy did express concern. They tried to make corrections but just messed up things again. We chalked it up as covid and employee shortage. Last night our to go order was wrong. Normally, I'd just let it go. But with things wrong amounting to several dollars I decided to call the store. A grumpy employee told me the at new store manager requires receipts to correct their failures. They did not give us a receipt. We paid for food that we did not get. In a short stretch, that's theft. This lady refused to take down my phone number and give it to the manager. She told me to call back later. I challenged her, and she again put it on the store manager that it's their policy to not take customers phone messages or log complaints. With prices insanely rising, customers should hold companies accountable. It's our money. It's not the customers fault for the economy, lack of employees or covid issues.

The Salem McDonald's use to be good. Not now. Stopped in the evening. Slow service to get rung up. But the worst part was just the loud conversation going on with the staff. Yelling at each other... cursing, trying to find people. I don't want to hear that. But I had to because it was LOUD. I know the pandemic changed the dynamics of a lot of things. Fast food has been especially hit. I don't know if it can recover. But some level of courtesy needs to exist. They also made my Big Mac wrong but that's ok. Not going back anytime soon.

Excellent Experience.. I received my Big Mac and it looked just like the picture! Very clean restaurant and food was put together nicely, fresh and hot. Great staff at this location.

Terrible service, terrible managers i could go on and on. they treat their employees like GARBAGE to the point these poor kids have to quit from all the stress. The conditions they have these kids in there are god awful and if it was your own child getting treated like this youd do something to stop it. There are NOT good people working here. I am very sorry to all those kids being treated so badly.

Eli and Crystal, two managers at this establishment are the worst people i have ever met. Everytime they are in charge back there they are complete JERKS to the kids they dont like working and will throw them in random places to freeze for hours upon hours. They are indeed the worst two managers i have and ever will meet. Please take more consideration on who you are HIRING!

Typical fast food restaurant. Waited in line for close to 10mins, then got luke warm food, no napkins, no nugget sauce and no straws for our drinks and the window slammed shut with not so much as a thank you cone again.
