Baked potato was mushy and brown inside. Un—sweet tea tasted like cleaner got in it. Over $5 I paid and threw them both away. The lady that handed me my food was not friendly and didn’t say one word to me-other than what I owed.

The food was good and the wait was short. However, I have never heard so much yelling from employees in my life. There are 7 people back there and it looks like they are tripping all over each other. They dropped a tray of food on the floor. They threw away the fries, but, the sandwiches went back on the tray.

Got the order wrong and had open sauce packets upside down going everywhere throughout the bag. Then got an attitude toward us because of it. I would rather take the service in the dumpster in the back then in the drive thru. Disappointing.

After 2 years of not going to Wendy's because they had most of their dining rooms closed, I go to my local Salem Ohio Wendy's on a Saturday and all the doors are locked.. Drive-through only. has no one at Wendy's read all the new information about masks not working and lockdown's not working? I will never go to Wendy's again. I drove 20 minutes to get here

First time ordering from here in about over 2 years. Still disappointing.. food is hard like a rock and drink didn’t taste right. Paying over $10 for a meal you would think it would be fresh. Go next door to Arbys!

Well my hamburger was fresh and good they gave me cold FRIES 🍟 after advertising hot and fresh fries however I let them no and then I got hot fries and I will go back there 😋 🍀⚘🦋

Pretty clean. The soda machine gave drinks that tasted syrupy and awful. But the food was what you'd expect from a fast food joint.
