Listen - This place has THE BEST stuffed peppers you will ever have PERIOD. Over angel hair pasta and the cheese oh my the cheese. Man I am telling you if you go here get the peppers. Sometimes they don't have them if not get the fresh fish or a nice steak! Thank you Mike and staff.

Delicious! Great taste and portion size was good. Very high quality food! Blackened Chicken Alfredo with roasted red peppers and spinach was perfect. Coconut Shrimp was soooo good! Service was great too. He was very attentive! Highly recommend this place!

The owner Mike said in text to my fiancé the the waitress wiped her bodily fluids on my food. We won’t get into detail, but I am disgusted. Food was supposed to be taste tested for our wedding. This owner disrespected me and served me food that he inappropriately handled. I’m going to be contacting a lawyer.

Daily specials are ALWAYS fresh! I hate fish but their swordfish bites are heavenly!! Only place around to get gator tail! Original menu is just as good with improvisations made to suit your taste!! Wait is a bit long sometimes but with the best place in town it's expected!!

Mike's has been our go to place for 3 years now. The staff are so wonderful and food is fantastic. The best prime rib ever!!!! We ask for Jackie everytime.. She took care of us on that first date those 3 years ago and made our evening so memorable!.

First visit, we walk in through the bar entrance on the corner. Didn't notice that there was a dining room entrance. Got seated & noticed how roomy the dining room was. Actually, I think, three separate dining rooms, decorated very nicely. Service was excellent. Ashley was on her game & took great care of us. I ordered the swordfish from the Thursday specials menu (picture in comments). Never had it before, so I don't have anything to compare to, but I thought it was tasty. I thought it was a little over seasoned, though. Not a lot, just a little too salty. The plate presentation was very nice and included some freshly cooked spinach and a delish sauce to spike the flavor. I also ordered a slice of the Coconut Macadamia Key Lime Pie and it was very good. Overall, I was impressed by what I thought was just a bar. I will be back and I will recommend Mike's to my friends & family. There are a lot of other meals on the menu that I want to try out. Thanks Mike!

Came here recently for my anniversary but have been here a few times. It was Amazing as always. I could eat bowls of that crab meat stuffing. Sweet Baby Jesus it's delicious. Waitress was great and attentive. I really went nuts and ended the meal with 4 desserts....because Yolo. Right!? � They were so worth every calorie. Best Tiramisu I've ever had.

I eat here at least once a week. I have noticed over the last several months the quality has gone down hill. Also, the portions have gotten considerably smaller. Went there yesterday and the amount of fries served with the steak salad was pitiful. There were about 8 fries!! Not near as much steak as before either. Fish sticks were deep fried so long they had no flavor. Noticed especially the fish sandwich and philly sandwich were a lot smaller. I have commented on the fish in the past and was told they must have run out of the special rolls and just cut up French bread. No excuse. At least cut the bread the same size as the rolls. The service isn't as good as it used to be either. Food needs to be inspected when it comes out of the kitchen and before it goes to the table!

Quite honestly one of the best restaurants in Ohio. Every time we go it is excellent! The crab dip to start is loaded with crab, and is always excellent. The steaks are always flavorful and cooked perfectly. The seafood is also always fresh! One of our favorite restaurants anywhere!

We have been coming here 4 or 5 times a year over the past 5 years.
I think the cooking is great during the summer when they can get the fresh vegetable from around the area. Their seafood specials are pretty good especially for Salem. Everything is fresh and it's cooked well.
I had the Ahi Tuna with seaweed salad with the scallops with blue cheese as an an appetizer. It was a really nice meal. Not too fancy, nicely seared tuna and perfectly cooked scallops.
During the winter, is when I've had average meals. Not horrible, just not really great. I know it's tough getting good produce in February so it's kind to be expected.
Anyway, if you come to Salem, check this place out.

We love Mike's! I've gone there with my family a few times, and the service was great, and the food was delicious! I also had the pleasure of talking with Mike on one of our visits. (I hadn't seen him since high school!) He is definitely a class act and has a real passion for his business! Mike's is truly a gem in Salem!I can't wait to go back!
