Wendy's

The inside is closed for no reason. Seen plenty of staff that could run the store. Not friendly at all. Greeted by a true order taker who just says "hold on". Then you wait several minutes to even order. If you try to order ahead good luck they won't start your food till you are in the drive thru and announced you're there to the order taker. A quick and simple pickup and go took 20min. Avoid this Wendy's.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Food was actually right this time out of the 5 other times I came here. The lack of respect and manners is awful. Pull up to order and I get greeted with “hold on” and get up to the window the lady took my card and handed it back I said thank you no response what so ever and she walked away. Another lady handed me my food I said thanks again and she rolled her eyes at me and turned around. Like excuse me. Have some manners for customers that pay your paycheck!! Like you have a easy job super easy how is it so hard to not respect people your serving. Next time this happens a few words gonna be exchanged

If I could do zero stars I would! Walked in to get my mobile order because the drive thru was backed up, employees just standing around not fixing anything! One girl had her hair down getting fries and then proceeded to put her hands picking at her lips! Never washed her hands! No reason everybody should be standing around doin nothing while drive thru is backed up

Just recently moved to the grandin area and have frequented the McDonald's on apperson, but this night, I felt like wendys. Ordered a baconator, son of baconator and a large fry. The cashier ran my card, he had the hood of his sweatshirt pulled up over his head, and he never once spoke a word to me. The bag seemed light when I received my food so I checked it thankfully. The baconator only had one patty and definitely didn't have 6 strips of bacon on it, the son of baconator looked like a junior bacon cheeseburger, and the fries looked like the fryer shortening hadn't been changed in a week, mind you, the order was $14. The manager told me I didn't request a double baconator, which I've never had to do before, and the son of baconator is a small burger. I requested a refund, which he did, but he didn't refund the fries for some reason. Never once did he apologize or offer to correct the issue, it was just excuses. So I went across the street to McDonald's.
