For me, this was my first time at Bojangles. I had an open perspective on the food and I was ready for some country flavors. I decided to get the four piece tenders which were very crispy but not the size I assumed it would be. They are a little bit smaller than Popeyes tenders and about the same quality as McDonald’s tenders. The biscuit however, which I ate last Was delicious through and through. I would never have a biscuit anywhere else. The drive-through is over packed and the driveway into the restaurant is always congregated with people so it is a hard place to get into, but I think it is worth the wait. Very sweet hostess helped me and I wish I gotten her name to help review. Great stuff!

The roasted chicken bites are really good! As is everything else they sell - especially the sweet potato pie! Oh. My. Gosh! That's amazing! Just talking about it makes me want another one! If only Bojangle's was in Vermont (where I live) 🤤🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Last week. I was there. Biscuits were raw in middle. Order was missing sides. Today I was there.The cashier was downright rude saying we needed to move when we asked about incorrect price. There was no one behind us..They were out of one particular piece of chicken.They said they would substitute it for same price.They didn't. We were charged extra. Also they charged us extra for drinks included in combo. Also forgot to put one side in. We received no napkins or sporks. The food was hot but after we got everything straightened out. I lost my appetite after this encounter.

Entered a few minutes after 11 a.m. to get a roasted chicken bites salad, but was told that someone, somehow, forgot to prepare any before the lunch crowd stated to show up. I was told I could wait ten minutes or order something else, so I ordered two thighs with two sides of green beans. For my money, Bojangle's fried chicken is the absolute best of any fried chicken chain, *when it's done right*. Occasionally the pieces can be quite small, or the employees preparing the plates for some reason choose the smaller pieces out of the pan. That wasn't the case today. Both thighs were huge, and perfectly cooked. It's not health food, but the flavor is unbeatable.

Bojangles is typically very good but I would not recommend the one in Salem Va. Our “bacon egg and cheese” biscuits had no egg or cheese. When we informed the staff, they were very snippy and unapologetic. Would not recommend this location!

Order was incomplete at drive through. Ordered and paid two grits, got one. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese biscuit, they forgot the bacon. Staff friendly, but would be helpful if fulfillment was accurate. Food quality good on what we did get.
