DELICIOUS gluten free pizza. True to NY style. Excellent service. Extremely fair prices and lunch specials! A must visit.

First time here since they moved across the street. I love the outdoor seating area. Much nicer inside also. Great, great pizza! However, parking is a real pain. There is public parking behind the building next door (or a could of doors down). Nice to stroll for a minute to walk off the pizza.

A meal here this evening was somewhat unimpressive. Arriving just around 9pm, we waited briefly to be seated. The young man who seated us was friendly and brought our drinks (half price beer mugs on Saturday!), but apparently forgot us immediately after that. Several others entered, and were seated and placed orders before us. Eventually, we flagged down a waitress who apologized and took our order. Then, I flagged her again for a beer refill. I ordered a calzone, and my companion had a salad and soup. His order arrived nearly 20 minutes before mine. We weren’t surprised that mine took longer to prep, since it is made to order, but the difference in service was noticeable. We had to flag the waitress again for a spoon and then she didn’t appear again until she brought our check, without offering refills or dessert. We requested a drink refill, which was the last time anyone noticed us. Although the doors indicate the business is open until 11pm on Saturday, unfortunately, we were made to feel that we were inconveniencing the staff. The food was good, but the experience was not. They were stacking our chairs on the table before we exited at 10:30 pm.

Wow!!! Monday is half off 16 inch pizza. Great place to eat. Puts all other pizza places to shame.

Very good pizza with a great crunchy and delicious crust. I had a stuffed pizza and yeah, indeed it was really stuffed!😁👍🏻 The only thing, that was a bit of problem, was... the size of this pizza!😂 I ordered the small one, but yeah... it was supposed to be small, but it was not. Look at the pictures. It was huge! And I was not able to eat it full, even though I was pretty hungry that day.😂 But in general it's a nice spot for a lunch. Really recommend it.🍕🍕🍕😋👍🏻

Pizza was very good but the toppings were skimpy. On the 14", eight slice pizza, there was exactly ONE slice of sausage on each slice. Not worth the added cost for toppings.
French fries were packed in sealed container so they were a cold, soggy mess. Convenient to the brewery across the street but not a good value.

Frank's is located in downtown Salem, and definitely a pie that would make El Presidente proud. Everybody knows the rules, but you'll definitely want more than one bite. I've only had the pizza, so I can't speak for other menu items, but the pepperoni pizza is a delicious classic choice. They have great daily specials, friendly staff, and the downtown location is comfortable and quaint. I'd highly recommend to anyone wanting a quality pizza in the NRV.
