It's absolutely worth the drive on I81 to get here. This place is very much nicer and staffed well and friendly! I got here very late at 9:30pm and was very satisfied that I got to order with barely no line or wait time unlike most fast food places lately. They are also open a hour later than the other two locations in the same driving distance from me. Again, absolutely worth the drive.

My husband loves peanut butter shakes from here and his shake was good.
However, the cheeseburger buns were old and flaky with a very bland taste.
We were traveling through on our way home and stopped by for a quick break.
The buns could be fresher and it may change the entire burger; toasted on the grill may have helped this noticeable matter.
Not a great burger place but the peanut butter shake was good.

This sits past an extremely busy intersection. I was ready for something to eat, I know the DQ has terrific food. They have a combo meal with a sundae, drink, burger and fries. My hubby got chicken tenders, fries, drink, and a sundae combo. Food was hot and delicious and brought to us at our table. A good hearty meal after walking all those steps at Dixie caverns.

Always fast and fresh. Never had the wrong order (which as you all know can be a pain to the "food runner" of the house. We order lunch, dinner and deserts from here weekly and love them.

It's great. DQ by far makes the best fast food burgers around. Staff can be a bit snippy sometimes, but that's usually when they've got a line out the back.

Funny thing is we really like ice cream on a hot humid day.

So we drove thru DQ in Salem.
It was so good we drove thru a 2nd time. Service was great, checkout was quick and price was less than 11.00. And that was for a Hot Fudge Sundae and 2 medium soft serve Cones. It doesn't get much better that.
But it did get better.
The puppy got a free puppy cup vanilla soft serve and a dog biscuit!

They have always greeted us with a smile and were accurate on filling our order. We have since moved and the DQ nearest to our new home doesn't come close. We miss them.

Inexperienced, careless and unprofessional employees. Told to wait for online order. After 15 minutes with no update, I went inside and asked them to check the freezer if it had been made earlier - there it was! No one was working on it as I waited.
