The coffee is fine very middle of the road, I've definitely had better experiences at other Dunkin' donuts, one of their staff members in particular isn't great, I have literally seen her still memorabilia from shops in the mall.
I love dunkins but this is unacceptable. I got a hot chocolate like I always do and it is literally half way. 3 dollars for a half empty medium cup?

Always my favorite spot to grab a coffee and some breakfast but the food starts to get bland but at least customer service is great!
This is by far the best and most consistent dunkin in all of Salem. I would also like to specifically call out David as being the friendliest and most attentive dunkin's employee I have ever interacted with. If he isn't the boss I hope his manager understands the quality of employee they have in him
Their munchkins are tasty, not so much on the coffee though.
When I want a coffee I want the kind I drink. Dunkin donuts gives me that. Unusually drink decaf.
