Salem House Of Pizza

Ordering system and delivery are terrible. 1) No option for contactless delivery with their online system. Their driver will show up at the door asking you to sign the credit card slip. This last time, delivery guy was masked but had it pulled down (nose commando) standing two feet in front of me asking to sign. 2) Twice now when ordering online they messed up the delivery address. This last time I ordered at 6:05 and waited... and waited. Called an hour and five minutes later at 7:10 to check on status. Was told by the guy they were really busy and the delivery driver was on the way. At 7:20 I received a call from the driver asking me which town I was in. He said it wasn't on the slip. I guess he was driving around in the wrong town for a while? Finally showed up about fifteen minutes later, nose commando, with a cold pizza. Needless to say we will not be ordering from them again.

I ordered a large house special over the phone. I asked the man if I needed a number or if he wanted my name and he said no. I arrived and he tells me someone just picked up my pizza. I told him they gave my pizza away to the wrong person and asks me if I still want one. I said of course. I waited more than 20 minutes for them to make me another pizza, was not offered a discount and no apology was given. I know people make mistakes, but the lack of customer service is so disappointing.

I just ordered through Grubhub, and did not receive the full order (subs arrived, pizza did not). When I called to inform the restaurant, I was told it was not their problem and I needed to come get the pizza myself. When I informed the person on the phone (who said he is the owner), he told me, "This is not my f---ing problem," and hung up. I'm appalled and offended. As the owner of a small business, I would do anything I could to make an error right; I would not blame others and I would not swear at customers.

Placed a $40 order. Asked for cheesecake bites. I get home. Eat my meal and look forward to dessert. My husband bites into one and its mac and cheese. I call and get someone who wants to argue with me that they told me they no longer have cheesecake and i asked for mac n cheese bites 🙄🤔 these aren't even close to the same thing. I was nvr imformed and didnt order them. I dont like mac n cheese bites. He told me to "bring them back" and he would refund my money. Hes gonna take back food that already went home with me.. During a pandemic.. That my husband touched 🤢.

We just call for Pizza and they did not ask were we live because sometimes they mess up the address and give it too the people down the street , they also did not tell us how much the food was so we had too do the math are selves, But like a month ago they were fine idk what happened, the food is still good
