I ordered a medium coffee, with a little bit of cream, got extra cream, total ball busters, if I asked for extra cream, they would have gave me a little bit. I go to dd on canal street, I ask for well done english muffin, it's totally burnt, on fire burnt, inedible

They messed up my friends order, and then when he asked the drive thru girl to fix it, she acted confused and said this is what you ordered.. when the drink clearly looked NOTHING like what he ordered, because I know what he usually gets.. lol
They are very rude and unfriendly people. I saw one making my coffee without a mask. Very bad customer care, specifically in the morning.
