Allison was great! Great food, never disappointed. Allison was even kind enough to move us to another table closer to the fireplace so that we could enjoy it while eating our entree. We declined because she would have had to sanitize yet another table before closing. I highly recommend this tavern, it's approximately 50 minutes away from home but well worth the drive.

A nice relaxed setting with great food and superb service. There drink lists pair well with many of their food items. Would recommend stopping in for a bite after a wander around Salem.

I was in salem for 5 days with my husband and we spent 2 nights in a row at the tavern on the green. Not only was it so cozy, our waitress and waiter were the sweetest and most attentive ever!!! Please do yourself a favor and get the baked brie appetizer and get the smashin pumpkins martini. The martini has a delicious caramel cinnamon sugar rim and, if you ask, they will put the same rim on the sam Adams octoberfest which my husband said was life changing.
