We had a cake and a number of lemon bars and brownies made for our wedding. Everything was amazing - the cake was easily the best I've ever had, and so beautiful! Cannot recommend enough.

Couldn't have asked for more. Needed last minute gluten-free birthday cakes. The cakes were beautiful, had great flavor, and were perfect for our celebration! We will definitely be going to "the cake lady" again.

This amazing cake was gluten free and delicious. All I said was I wanted a unicorn head cake for a 30th birthday. She did amazing. And it was only $40. I love this bakery they have great gluten free pastries and gluten pastries too. They definitely take their work seriously. They have funky hours currently and a very small space, but it's worth it.

Adore this little shop! Walking in is always a warm smell of baking goodies.
Heidi is supper friendly and talented. There are dairy free options (vegan), sugar free options and gluten free. They are all just fantastic!! My daughter loves the marionberry empenadas (dairy free, seen below). Also carrot cake muffins (sugar free, see below). The scones....any of them are fantastic.
There is always something to try new in the case and favorites to take home as well....if they make it home.
Note: the chocolate croissants are to die for! Nothing even close at any other bakery in salem....mine never makes it home :-)

38 friends, family and neighbors joined us for an open house on Sunday. Heidi prepared the desserts which included a mouth watering chocolate cake, cake pops and more. Her desserts helped made it a wonderful experience. The kids loved the cake pops. Definitely will hire her again in the future. Her desserts taste so much better than what one gets at a retail store bakery.

I absolutely love Pure Decadence Pastries, she offers a large selection of pastries and treats and offers gluten free options as well that are kept separate from the gluten containing desserts.
Everything is absolutely delicious, and she makes the best special order cakes, I love getting my birthday cakes from her, and I'm never, ever disappointed.
P.S. she makes the best lemon bars... year round! (unlike some bakeries)
