Tried the new "whopper melt." Let's just say it's not even close to a whopper, it's the kids cheeseburger patty! And had to pay extra just to have 2 small patties. We requested the regular one, grilled onions, lite sauce and we got one with tons of sauce and jalapeños! Must have got somebody else's order, we never ordered the spicy one so much special sauce we could not even pick it up without patties, onions falling out, had to scrape of most of the sauce and onions off just to eat it, what a mess! See picts (next to ranch dressing), it's tiny! The store was DARK with no lights on, looked closed. Told the staff about the lights being off but they still off when we left the drive thru.

You guys really need to change the way you advertise your sandwiches. The whopper melt is barely the length of a ketchup packet. I called and talked to Burger King today because yesterday my sandwich was the regular size of a whopper when I ordered the whopper melt meal and today it was tiny. I was told that the whopper melt is actually supposed to be the size of a Whopper Jr.
Please change your advertising to Whopper Jr. Melt or make them the right size like a normal whopper. The worker i talked to was very kind and offered to replace my entire order. I just think corporate needs to fix their false advertising Thanks...

I definitely love Burger King more than the other fast food burger joints, and this one has pretty good service that's quick and friendly. I love the new Ch'king burgers that they've got, and it's awesome to have Surge available on tap at least one location in the world. But I don't like that they have signs up to say you can come inside to make a to-go order or to pick up delivery when the reality is the doors are always locked and you can't get in; at least anytime I've ever tried.

The prices keep going up and it’s just not very affordable anymore. Just a whopper meal and a fish sandwich meal cost $20. Along with that the drinks are always filled to the top with ice. The machine they use to print their receipts also seems to be broken as you can never read the receipts, there is always ink missing and it’s all so faded.
It’s just not worth the hassle anymore.
Food is still pretty good though.

This review is about this specific Burger King rather than Burger King food as a whole. At this location specifically, I have had problems with their availability. During an afternoon on the weekend, the lobby was closed due to understaffing, but it turned out OK since I was able to walk through the drive-thru. A bit weird but the drive-thru lady was friendly and nice about it. During a weekday when Google Maps said they were open (and that the specific location confirmed their hours one week prior) I went 30 minutes before closing and the drive-thru was coned off and the lobby was locked. I like Burger King food but this one is a hassle to order from and makes me want to just go to McDonald's across the street!

Went in there ordered a whopper Junior with cheese heavy pickle and my burger is cold called up spoke to somebody on the phone that says that they did my order and argued with me that no it’s fresh everything is fresh this is not fresh awful customer Service proceeded to ask me how far do you live away from Burger King 1 mile is what I told her. She said well I don’t know why it would be cole I don’t either I won’t be back

We like coming to this Burger King. Recently, we've had problems with the food being cold when going through the drive-thru, so today we asked them to make sure it was freshly made, and they did not disappoint. Food was hot, and served by some nice, happy, and friendly teenagers! Thank you for a great meal!

Ordered a Whopper Jr. No onions. Got onions. Also, I asked the girl at the drive thru if I could add on one of their new lemonade drinks. She looked a little pissed off. She closed the window mumbled something in Spanish and turned around and said no we don't have them. I asked why they had a sign up that said they did. She said we don't have them yet. No thank you, no I'm sorry Just kind of rude. Did not say one other word to me. Customer service could use some help. I've been in management for customer service for 30 years. Unacceptable
