This read the absolute WORST service I've ever had at any Baskin Robbins. 2 people working, only one actually waiting on customers and I'm pretty sure she was a trainee. The other I'm guessing the night manager was just meandering around behind the counter all while there was approximately 15 people waiting for service. I was the next person in line and waited about 15 minutes all to be told they were out of shutting I was asking for!!! In total I waited in line about 45 minutes. For what??? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!

Very poor experience. We waited in line for 45 minutes to get served. Only 1 person working who had NO sense of urgency, with 15 people in line. Several customers left without being served. No waffle cones in stock either. NO apologies or acknowledgement of the wait. Very disappointing.

The worst milkshake I have ever had. If you can even call it a shake. It was literally just milk with a tsp of ice cream. Just not what you want when you're craving a thick good old fashion shake. Paid $8 something and a $ 2 dollar tip for Carmel milk.

I got a milk shake that was amazing. It really hit the spot in this hot weather. The lady working there was really nice. My only complaint is there was a lot of people there and only one person working. It way to long to get my milkshake.

I am always welcomed even when busy. Very polite ice cream scoopers. Great cakes, and cappuccino boasts.
Especially like them on the 31st when scoops are 1.50$ each.. look forward to my next visit.

BOYCOTT THIS BUSINESS - ACTIVE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE DISABLED!!! Updated review: this business is NOT wheelchair accessible! They persist in only using their east entrance. With the direction it swings, and with how narrow their little sidewalk is I risk my wheelchair tipping over into the parking lot every time I try going in or out.
They need to open the door closest to River Road so that people in wheelchairs can have access too!!! I really want to get a shake, smoothie, or ice cream cone today, but after my last visit I know that I must risk serious bodily injury if I want to get something.
What's truly frustrating about this is that the danger I face going in or out is only because the management chooses to make it that way.
STOP DISCRIMINATING AGAINST THE DISABLED!!! OPEN THE DOOR CLOSEST TO RIVER ROAD!!!
No restrooms. The clerk all but ignored us even when going back to order a second time (there was no one else in the store), and it was unbearablly hot - I don't recommend eating in their lobby - get your stuff to go.

Great ice cream in an old school kind of place.

There is hope!
Having a somewhat s
crappy day today, I decided to treat myself to an ice cream at the Baskin-Robbins in Keizer. I was immediately created by a lovely young lady behind the counter, "What can I get for you today?".
"Something to make me smile. I'm having a crappy day", I replied.
As I went about my selection process we carried on with small talk. I learned she drove from Canby everyday for school and work. Quite the trek. What a responsible and dedicated young lady, I thought. During this small talk I shared with her that I had $20 and needed car food, gas, and cigarettes but, I was going to forgo the cigarettes because I needed this more. She laughed.
When I had completed my selection, upgrading twice from a scoop to a full blown brownie sundae, I waited at the register and placed my $20 bill on the counter. She brought my delightful treat over and set it in front of me and said "Have a nice day!" "Don't i need to pay first?", I asked, to which she simply replie, "Have a nice day."
I wanted to cry. That was the sweetest gesture. The kindness and compassion shown and from such a young girl. It brought hope to my heart. I want we to know how much joy that small kindness brought and that it will be paid forward. Thank you sweet girl.
And a huge kudos to the owners of that franchise for employing such deserving young people!!!
