This is exactly what Salem needs more of! Location is a bit out there but it’s worth it for the good vibes and wonderful variety of great food. Will try to update review later with a sentence or two about each of the individual carts I’ve tried since it doesn’t appear that they all have their own location on Maps.

We love Dahlia’s tacos, the friendly atmosphere, ability to bike or walk there, covered seating for all weather types, the bands, prices, variety of foods and beverages non-alcoholic as well as tap house cart and of course the family that owns it. Everyone here is a nice welcoming diverse group. You can find them on all social media channels for hours, entertainment and specials.

Love it! Have driven past many times without stopping, but came here the other night and will definitely be back. They have fire pits, heaters, tents, a beer and wine cart, and an awesome selection of food. Tried the Indian cart which was unbelievably good. Lamb tikka masala highly recommended! Today enjoyed a beer while waiting on some awesome piroshki (a Russian dish you could liken to a hot pocket except actually not gross). If you haven’t tried beehive station or piroshki I can’t recommend enough! Would be a really fun place for a family dinner night with lots of options, and not your typical restaurant experience!

The food at the food carts is good, but the prices are high. There is sometimes live music and bon fires. Most of the seating is uncovered. The parking lot is small and often full.
Getting into the parking lot is dangerous. You have to immediately stop after turning off of Commercial blocking the traffic flow and surprising drivers heading straight. Sometimes you can't make the left turn as the traffic light on Commercial backs up the eastbound lane on Fabry. It's much safer to approach the parking lot from the eastbound lane of Fabry to avoid crossing traffic. Getting out of the parking lot is also difficult. The smartest choice would be to park at Safeway and walk over from there.

Even though parking was rough during peak times, it was a great little food cart area with a decent variety of options. Tried Quesadilla Wizards and Beehive Taphouse, which was a great combo!

There are some fantastic carts here. The beignets at the Easy Otter bring New Orleans to Salem. There's Kettle corn, a tap house, Japanese, Russian, Filipino, India and Hawaiian food. You can travel a great distance down the culinary highway by going to the Beehive Station.

Had delicious Indian food on our last visit (can't recall cart name). Lamb tiki masala with amazing garlic naan - we'll be back 😋
