We love Dahlia’s tacos, the friendly atmosphere, ability to bike or walk there, covered seating for all weather types, the bands, prices, variety of foods and beverages non-alcoholic as well as tap house cart and of course the family that owns it. Love it! Have driven past many times without stopping, but came here the other night and will definitely be back. They have fire pits, heaters, tents, a beer and wine cart, and an awesome selection of food. Tried the Indian cart which was unbelievably good. Lamb tikka masala highly recommended!
The food at the food carts is good, but the prices are high. There is sometimes live music and bon fires. Most of the seating is uncovered. The parking lot is small and often full.

Even though parking was rough during peak times, it was a great little food cart area with a decent variety of options. Tried Quesadilla Wizards and Beehive Taphouse, which was a great combo!

There are some fantastic carts here. The beignets at the Easy Otter bring New Orleans to Salem. There's Kettle corn, a tap house, Japanese, Russian, Filipino, India and Hawaiian food. You can travel a great distance down the culinary highway by going to the Beehive Station.
Had delicious Indian food on our last visit (can't recall cart name). Lamb tiki masala with amazing garlic naan - we'll be back 😋
