Workers can only do what's in screen even if it's wrong and argumentive when it's wrong that it's right. Prices not consistent. Will not be returning.
Last week in drive through had order 2 sandwiches in a meal, get to window sandwiches only. Different girl than took order, now wants to charge full price for drinks and chips. When we say no, it was ordered in a meal we want the in the meal price answer is that's what my screen says. Manager finally fixes. Was told had to refund and charge again would see credit on my card. But I paid with cash. Oh, um. Finally refunded cause and rung up again.
This week order two sandwiches, not in a meal, since last week's mix up, being passenger each time, I know what price charged 7 days ago was, $6.79 for said wrap. Today it's $12.79. When asked, again response was well that's on my screen, prices did go up, since last week, no answer. Yes, same worker in window. Driver less patient today and pays. Received no receipt, was offered no receipt. Go home and walk through as if to place order online. Online order prices same sandwich at $10.79. Still not the $12.79 charged at store.
As convenient as it might be, will not be returning to this location again.

I love to order ahead from here- it is ALWAYS ready for pickup by the time I get there. The team there is very kind and quick. Never had a bad sandwich from here :)

Well it seems this location has a hard time following online orders with special instructions. My online order was a monumental mess up. I asked for my sandwich to be toasted and it came as cold as clay. I asked for mustard and Mayo, and there was none of that. The other sub on that order was so messy I could hardly pick it up. It’s not that hard to follow simple instructions, nor is it hard to read. I don’t know if they just weren’t paying attention (which they absolutely should be) or if they just aren’t trained well enough.

Great location and I love the new cushioned chairs but the other day I ordered a sandwich and the bread was boarder line doughy. Not that big of a deal to me as long as I could get a new one. I explained the situation to the girl who works there and she started to argue with me that it’s not doughy. Next time just say ok sir and make a new sandwich.

Would not accept a $50 bill. Wrap was small. Used the chicken mystery patty in the rotisserie ceasar wrap. It was not too busy so that was nice but maybe the food quality and service are why.

I went in the other day & a young lad named Hippie made my sandwich. I wasn’t expecting anything special because every time I go to subway they mess up in some way. Hippie did not only make my sandwich delicious and well put together, I truly felt like I left the subway with a new friend. 10/10 would recommend

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worst Subway I have ever eaten. The food is always cold, they never make it how you tell them too. This location sucks. I’ll eat with them rodents next time.
