Does anyone actually work at this Subway? We waited and waited and never saw an employee despite the restaurant appearing to be open. I even tried calling while standing in the lobby. No one answered and no one ever came to take our order. We finally left. Very dissatisfied customer! Negative
Super burnt food and didn't make to satisfaction
I'll start on a positive note, the store was THE most clean I've ever seen it. Lobby and prep area were almost spotless today.

Reading must not be a strong suit. I ordered online and my sandwich had things on it I asked to be taken off. And best of all I ordered a new Baja steak sandwich and it didn't even have the Baja chipotle sauce. And the wrap in I ordered also didn't have the sauces in it was supposed to.
When discussing my bad experience with Chantel, the manager, she made it out to be about me. Worst customer service ever! Employees here shouldn't be doing what they're doing!
My sandwich was great but the service was even better.
Not very clean workers never see any one wash thier hands just puts on gloves after dealing with money not sure about the management here but not good for business. Especially during this pandemic
