My wife and I stumbled upon this place when we were walking around in the Reed Opera house in downtown Salem and we couldn't be more pleased. I can honestly say that these are the best waffles I've ever had. The waiter there claimed that they are the only true Belgian waffles in the NorthWest; they apparently import their sugar from Europe.
The good:
Crunchy on the outside, Soft and mushy/fluffy on the inside. MmmmmMmmm...
Their coffee is awesome and is made by the waiter.
The bad:
It took 5 minutes to get our food.
We're going to be going here for breakfast more often!
