an employee named crystal took the wheelchair from my grandpappy and told him to use his legs. his legs haven’t worked in years. in another instance, one employee asked for dimes but she ignored her. the worker had to give me 50c in pennies due to her pettiness. i won’t be returning.

Amazing pretzels. I have tried soft pretzels before. Years before to be truthful, and they were less than outstanding.
But Auntie Anne's has now got a soft pretzel which is truly amazing. Whilst I prefer to have the cheese sauce with mine, for those who choose to, marinara is available as well.

Dust bunnies on ceiling right above case and island where food goes after oven. Looks like they just hung a sign there too, you’d think while their up there they would clean any apparent messes. Nope! Yum I love my pretzels with a little dust on em! Line all the back to Spencer’s, 3 employees working but only 1 helping customers. Every other Auntie Anne’s heck any quick service food/drink place with common sense I go to when a line gets backed up has other customers orders ready to go so once they get to the front of the line the pay and go. Last time I came here I had the RUDEST cashier I’ve ever met and it was right in front of the manager who did absolutely nothing. This time it was in front of the assistant manager who no surprise here did nothing to support staff or help customers.

Stopped by this afternoon. Their pop machine wasn't working, which would've been fine if they were willing to sub something else for the same price, but no. We wanted a double pretzel dog deal, but they only had one pretzel dog, one small order of pretzel bites, and one large order of pretzel bites to choose from. Super inconvenient. The obviously-stoned teenager at the register really should have offered some sort of consolation for all of the inconveniences (free cheese, maybe? A drink upgrade?) if he wanted us to bother returning to this location, but he barely had the energy to run the register, so he just kinda looked at us blankly and repeatedly said "No, sorry". Disappointing at best. We won't be back.

went to get pretzels but had one of the rudest employees as my cashier who accused us of stealing a small thing of cheese. What kind of a business hires someone who is rude to work with people. Highlight of my night wasn't to "steal cheese" it's her own fault for not doing her job correctly and being rude.

They have really good pretzels hand maid but a have to wait for them like 25 minutes and I got them burn or overcooked,not fear 😨

Used to be way better now they stop making pretzels half hour before the close, are unhelpful with the app, and young staff are rude.

Just ordered from door dash, the food arrived burnt and very difficult to eat. Worse experience I've had yet. Usually love the place.

More than a Pretzel Place.............. They have Wrapped Dogs and Pizza on Pretzel Bread too. Probably not a lunch or dinner destination but a unique snack spot if you're trolling the mall. The counter person seemed to be striving to achieve mediocrity and with a little maturity, I'm sure he'll make it. I know I'll sure be pullin' for him.
