Took about 2 hours to receive our order. I didn’t mind that at all, I know of the possibility of dominoes being understaffed. But what was annoying was not only did they get our order completely wrong. Apparently dominoes now offer ultra thin pizza crust. It was also nearly burnt and dry.

Always closed at the most randomized time. About 50/50 chance there would be people wanting to work. Lazy employees. I assume even worse managers. It's making a pizza... Not rocket science. Not hard labor. Get it together domino's.

They forgot an item from my delivery order. I called and told them and they said they would send a new one out to me. An hour went by so I called to check on the status of it. They said they would check and put me on hold for 19 minutes. I call back and they ask me for my address. I tell them and they said "oh yeah, we've had that made, we just didn't have your address. I'm sorry, we'll send that out to you now". Another hour passes and I call back to check on the status and got hung up on, not once but twice. I have no idea what is going on tonight but they don't seem to know what they're doing and don't seem to care. I spent hours of time and multiple calls to try and get something I paid for and am owed, all for nothing.

the food is always the best out of the dominos in town, but it seems like their timing is off. the app will say 10-20 minutes, but they'll have 6 orders ahead of yours. Not the fault of anyone working there, I just recommend calling ahead to see how long your food will really take

Every blasted time I order from here they ALWAYS get something wrong or forgot something, and have a good amount of credit that's owed to me here. I for the most part am a tolerant woman especially since I understand how things are in the work force right now and have listened to excuse after excuse but today tops it. Not only was my pizza not hot and missing a couple toppings, BUT the driver was handed $40 on a $29.92 order. Didn't give back the change or even ask if my daughter wanted her change back. I ask her for the change and she said she didn't get any back so she had to run after the driver. Call talk to manager and they really don't sound like they cared. I would so pay extra to be able to order from a different dominos and have it delivered.

I thought the store of Commercial was bad. At least they don't hang up on you after refusing to refund your order. I wait 2 hours for my order, then its not even the right order, its cold, its crammed into the box and spilled everywhere, then they tell me they won't fix my order, or even refund it. They tell me they wont even give me full credit, and act like I'm unreasonable because they're understaffed. If you can't deliver the goods and services, you give the money back. Period. What an absolute scam of a store. I'm getting my refund, even if it means a backcharge. 0/10.
Edit: I have received my refund from the store manager. However, everything else bad about the order still happened. Not ordering from here again.

Ordered 6:56 with estimated completion of 7:58- I get it it’s a weekend. Walk into the store 8:25 nearly 30 minutes after the estimated completed time. after multiple attempts to call and being hung up on, just for them to tell me it’s being worked on it will be another 25 minutes. I ask is it in the oven otherwise I would like to cancel, I cannot wait another 25 minutes (. They were extremely rude! Gave me a “cancellation receipt and then this other lady yelled “ I need that for my books” as I was walking out the door. I turned around and said the other lady just gave it to me as proof of cancellation as I had already paid.
Like come on… I get it that you’re busy but you don’t gotta be rude additionally I know I’ve received a “we can no longer take orders message” if you’re understaffed utilize it!

Terrible the karen manager was so mean to my disabled child. She told him to put his mask over his nose, but like I said he has special needs and didn't understand what she was saying. He in his own way told he didn't u der what she was saying. The manager then began to mock his special needs. Would not ever order from here again. Wish I could give it a zero star review. My son deserves better!
