Took about 2 hours to receive our order. I didn’t mind that at all, I know of the possibility of dominoes being understaffed. But what was annoying was not only did they get our order completely wrong. Apparently dominoes now offer ultra thin pizza crust. It was also nearly burnt and dry.
Always closed at the most randomized time. About 50/50 chance there would be people wanting to work. Lazy employees. I assume even worse managers. It's making a pizza... Not rocket science. Not hard labor. Get it together domino's.
They forgot an item from my delivery order. I called and told them and they said they would send a new one out to me. An hour went by so I called to check on the status of it. the food is always the best out of the dominos in town, but it seems like their timing is off. the app will say 10-20 minutes, but they'll have 6 orders ahead of yours. Not the fault of anyone working there, I just recommend calling ahead to see how long your food will really take
Every blasted time I order from here they ALWAYS get something wrong or forgot something, and have a good amount of credit that's owed to me here. I for the most part am a tolerant woman especially since I understand how things are in the work force right now and have listened to excuse after excuse
I thought the store of Commercial was bad. At least they don't hang up on you after refusing to refund your order. I wait 2 hours for my order, then its not even the right order, its cold, its crammed into the box and spilled everywhere, then they tell me they won't fix my order, or even refund it.
