Make sure to double check the price on sandwiches. They won’t be upfront with you that they will charge more money than what the sandwich costs because they don’t have a button for it. Charged me $5 dollars for meat that already comes with the sandwich. They’re never ever upfront with anything. Nickel and dime everyone.
Not too long ago came in with a coupon for 2 for $12.99 and they didn’t want to give it to me because one of the sandwiches costs $10. But no where on the coupon does it say that it was an exclusion. Only exclusions were the Cali Subs and the Flatbread. Used the coupon many times but it’s this location that just doesn’t want to play fair. It’s a pandemic and many are hurting for money but lying and scamming customers for money is ridiculous.

I went to this location tonight because on Friday nights at 8 p.m. I went to the location on Hawthorne and the guy that was behind the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful I was looking to get some meatball subs for my son and my husband and he told me that I was a little late ma'am and they did not close till 10 p.m. I went to list location tonight and they were closing in 20 minutes and guess what they had meatballs the two girls that were working tonight or very courteous very nice and very polite... Goto this location by Target it is a much better location and much better employee's...

I usually go to this store but tonight over one hour before close they were all cleaned up to close. They had to open each item individually and the they were real cheap with the veggies. You could not see the ingredients, just bread. Got home to eat and they didn't even cut the foot longs in half. I wouldn't recommend here close to closing time.

The ladys that are working there now were rolling their eyes at my 6 year old son for picking his topping on his sub. They were rushing us and we were the only people in the whole store. Customer service SUCKED

I asked for a footlong steak and egg sandwich and the woman making the sandwich used one scoop of meat and spread it very thin along the whole sandwich. I explained I had never seen such a very small amount of meat in a footlong to which she replied that's how we make it... I didn't take long to say never mind and went to a different subway where they used two scoops. If I had thought about it, I would've just said give me two six inches for that extra scoop. Eh, I now know which Subway to avoid!

I was overcharged then told "well I don't make up the prices" by the employee who was ringing me up. I showed the sign that clearly stated a lower price than I was charged and told "it's wrong". When I told the employee I didn't want to item I was overcharged for he stated "oh well I guess I have to clear it all out and redo your whole order....." which took 30 seconds to do but was clearly an inconvenience for the employee. I will not be returning and will go to the subway down on state street instead.....
