I was enjoying my load fries when I noticed a hair at the bottom of the box I tired to get a hold on them but they weren’t answering what a horrible experience

They kept my card, and when I realized, I tried to call. They ignored my call 15 times in a row. Went down to get it in person, and the doors are locked. I had to get in drive thru line and wait 15 more minutes just to get my card. All they had to do was answer the card and run it out to me. Won’t

Irritating experience. I went to get my 7yo son the tacos with the last few dollars I had till payday. They explained they were out of letticue, which would be fine seeing as there should be sauce and cheese on the tacos anyway..I could let the letticue go. I got the tacos..litterally nothing but me

We visited at 10:30 am on a Sunday. Not open at all. Dining room closed. Drive thru closed with orange cones. Looks abandoned. Trash cans outside overflowing. Dried grass and weeds in the lawn.

Absolutely the SLOWEST DRIVE THRU I've ever experienced in my life! I waited 10 minutes to place my order and another 13 minutes to receive it! Definitely NOT worth the wait! It was not a peak time either. I won't stop at the Salem, Mission St Location again.

We went to the one on Mission Street, Salem Oregon waited 15 minutes and the food was cold. Tried to go into the lobby but the doors were locked. I will never try Jack in the Box ever again.

On countless occasions I have tried to go through the drive through when they are supposed to be open and find that nobody is working the window. They run out of items all of the time and they screw up orders also. I have given up on this place.

Surprised to learn that they decided to close the drive thur at 7:30 in the evening. Seems early. Maybe the workers juat wanted to go home. Cant make money when the business is closed....
