Dillon/Dylan (not sure on spelling) was working alone when I walked in on a Friday night. He seemed very busy working on an online order and customers inside. He never missed a beat and was so friendly and professional. I hope he will be able to get recognized for his hard work and customer service.

The sandwich was amazing as always but the young lady that was helping me had a very dirty looking uniform and it made the overall experience not plesent. In the future uniform should be clean and neat please. 5 stars on food 1 star on cleanliness.

The manager, Tiffany, at the West Salem location is awesome. I ordered 3 catering boxes and she was great to deal with from ordering to picking them up. The sandwiches were a hit for our organization’s meeting that had not met in person since February 2020. Thank you once again, Tiffany!

Not sure what the hype is on the subs. I've now tried Jersey Mike's subs twice now and not impressed. Lack of toppings and overall meat quality lacks in taste. Gluten free bread is dry and crumbles apart half way through eating it. Jimmy John's is still better.
