We used BigWig donuts for our dessert bar at our wedding and they were a huge HIT! We are gluten & dairy free so these were a perfect fit! There was not a single one left! We ordered 20 dozen total! 4 dozen of each their 5 flavors! I would highly recommend using them for any of your dessert bar needs!
Finally broke down and popped in to try these donut holes— was soo not sorry I did so. I love that they have a 3 for $4 donut special? I’m not a huge eater so that was so handy. I got an iced London Fog and 3 donuts— lemon poppyseed, maple, and cinnamon. Lemon and maple were definitely my favorite. The donuts are very dense and moist, I really liked them. Will come again.
If it's "Treat Yourself Day," this is the place you need to go. These donut holes are a special indulgence that always brightens my day. I try to avoid gluten, so this is really my only choice for donuts, and they never disappoint. I especially love them when they are warm right out of the kitchen. Their seasonal flavors are fun and inventive, but my favorite will always be the simple cinnamon sugar. The coffee is great too. There are a lot of great donut shops in Salem, but this is the Bigwig-giest.
BigWig Donuts is so delicious and good! They did an excellent job making a TON of donuts for our wedding and they were everyone’s favorite dessert. Highly recommend!
We visited here yesterday as we were just walking around downtown salem we came across it. We ordered 6 donut holes, and 2 coffees. They were delicious. I will drive from Albany just to visit this shop! My favorites were the lemon poppyseed, cinnamon and chocolate raspberry! They were so kind, and fulfilled our order right at closing time. There was a duplicate online order, and they gave us far more donuts than we ordered and we got to try every kind they make. I highly recommend checking this place out!
The little donut holes here were delicious, and you would have no idea that they are vegan! I will definitely come back if I am in the area.
It takes over an hour for me to drive here and back, and they are definitely worth the trip. Take that as you will! The chocolate and the lemon poppyseed donuts are my favorites. Do yourself a favor, buy the 2 dozen especially if you drive a ways to get there. The only problem I had was the coffee. It was 50 percent empty, 25 percent ice, and 25 percent actual coffee drink. When I got home, the foam was almost gone and I was left with a really sad, disappointing looking drink that looked like it was almost empty. However, I don't hold that against them because that's not why I go here. Thanks for just focusing on what you do well, no frills, with really awesome service without being preachy about anything. It's always a great experience. Thanks!
