I eat here all the time. The customer service is really great. That’s what stands out to me here. Even during rush when the line is long, I’m not getting grief at the window.
Also, the food is fresh and consistent. I really appreciate it you guys!

Food was pure grease ruined shorts with the burger that was still in wrapper nuggets definitely are fun sized and the burgers where sloppy didn’t eat any of the food

What's up with this wendys lately?
This used to be the only one I come to (Lancaster is slow and messes up) but, now I'm wondering if the staff has changed.
This is the third time I have ordered and gotten the wrong thing or missing something (more than fries). It's super fristrating!!!
I don't even know what this burger is but, it's for sure NOT my daves double like I ordered. So disappointing when I'm looking forward to that double patty melted goodness and open up a single patty mess of yuck....bbq sauce smelling onion things...ewww.

Bed day at Wendy's. The single cheese burger was dry, the new fries smelled and tasted burnt. The only good item was the double cheeseburger. It was perfect. The new fries suck. These especially since they tasted burnt.! Normally I would have rated higher, but not today. Sorry.

I haven't eaten at Wendy's for almost 2 years.....still the best fast food burgers around! The customer experience is always at 100%.
One complaint.....the fries were very salty and they ate not like this... somebody in training?

⬆️ For the manager: ➡️ hey also, I'd suggest you find someone more warm and communicative at your cashiers window. The gal that was working had -zero- personality and when she gave me my change back it was just plunked down in my hand without saying a word ... she is the face of your business!

I have never been treated so badly at any restaurant even the manager was rude. So my mom bought us dinner tonight and they forgot her to give us her burger. We didn’t realize until we were home so we had to drive all the way back. We go to the lobby which was locked but there was a worker who opened the door. We asked politely if we could get a burger. He at first said the lobby is closed. We weren’t trying to go in we just wanted to not have to go in another long line to get a burger they didn’t give us. They finally said they could get us the burger. So we waited outside for 10 minutes while the manager and three other people watched us standing there. Not giving us the burger. We ended up having to going through the drive thru. In short now we are scared to even eat the burger because how long they took to put the burger in the bag. So anyways this was just so beyond rude.worst customer service ever.

Tell Me Please how is it Acceptable for The Manager Franz, To Refuse A $50 Dollar Bill as my Payment Right after 5 pm Shift Change today & then throw our food away they just Made??? Beyond That he adds more insults to my Injuries by triggering my Domestic Abuse & Childhood Abuse PTSD Trauma, by Yelling at me and Refusing To Help Me, when I Requested the District And Regional Management Numbers!!!! He straight up Verbally Mistreated me & Degraded me, like every Abusive Man has in my Life, by screaming at me and then hanging the phone up on me!!!!
I have spent the last 4 hours trying to Talk Myself Down From the Hell, Your Management Franz has Inflicted Upon my Fragile Psyche And Traumatized Emotions!!!!! I am still crying and extremely hungry!!!!!

They keep taking away all the good stuff!!! First the cheesy bacon pretzel burger! (Which they said they were bringing back for good and then took away again!) Now the bacon fondue burger!
