Not amazing food, but man they are fast!. First off let me say I try to limit my reviews on chains, but this store had enough for me to comment on to do so.....

So my first experience I went to their South Salem location. The place was clean and orderly. The gentleman that helped me was incredibly helpful at my million question about the menu and how their store operates. He took a fair amount of liberty in his humorous practices, which to me was funny, but could have been too much for some. It may be the atmosphere they are going for there, I don't know. Overall I was please with the service.

What I am thoroughly impressed with is the next time I got food from there (the girlfriend likes it) we had it delivered to our home. Now mind you, I do not live close to their location. Each time we have called for food, it has been to our doorstep within 30 minutes and usually less. Admittedly, they do not need to cook our order, but when a pizza takes over an hour versus a sandwich in a half an hour usually costing considerably less, I'm starting to opt for a sandwich!

That being said, the sandwich is nothing impressive. I would say it is a step above that other sandwich shop which propagates weight loss! It has a fairly common menu of toppings and dressings. The bread is a finer quality and the meat is much better than their competition, but still falls short of a great sandwich.

Overall, it is a decent location if you are looking for a quick bite delivered to your doorstep in a hurry, but not looking for something amazing!

Delivery! Bread!. Love the subs AND super convenient. You can order online and 15 minutes later there are subs at your door. Genius! My fave is the Vito w/peppers. They're bread is amazing. They are kind of hyper in there but they are fast. They mistakenly added onions to one of our takeout subs and then delivered a replacement.
