Took my son to get a slice of pizza between their 11 to 2 deal price was high. There was almost no sauce. Single slice not recommended

The most horrible customer service.
We ordered a pizza that they overcooked, and when we tried contacting the store several times they were either closed, or we were told to call back when the manager was in. We finally did so, and got nothing but a lecture from the supposed "manager" and she said she has zero authority to remake our pizza. Extremely rude and unprofessional to us on the phone.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, one turned out correctly, my more expensive pizza is ridiculously smaller: like it’s 3 inches from the side; store had people unwilling to correct the matter in a reasonable way. Horrible service, bad product!!! Management should be willing to make it right! Less than one star. Wish my phone would allow me to add the pic…. What a joke!!

I originally had a horrible experience. The driver was 15 minutes late delivering our pizza. When I called the driver she was rude and unprofessional. Saying she couldn’t find my apartment even after I gave her direction verbally. Her response was “well I guess I can continue to look”. I told her I’m not sure what else I could do. She said “well I don’t know what else to tell you but I can’t find it”. I hung up with her then called the restaurant to speak to a manager. 10 minutes pass by and the driver arrives and leaves our food at the door. As I’m on the phone, the manager is being defensive about her driver. She said they can make me all new food, get it to me quickly, and refund my food. I was more than satisfied. As I get a knock on the door, the man delivering is the owner! He apologized repeatedly and I explained the situation. The fact that he was already at home and decided to personally deliver this was beyond what I expected! Owners like that really make customers want to come back! Thank you so much!

This is the BEST PIZZA place ever!! The staff is super nice, helpful and friendly . The owner is very helpful, kind, and he gets to know the customers. The pizza is the best I’ve ever had! My family won’t eat pizza unless it’s Figaro’s pizza. I have never had a problem with Figaro’s. I don’t know if all Figaro’s are like this but I love the team at this one. Plus I had it delivered for the first time ever and the experience was nothing less if I were to go in. He was just as nice and kind.if I could give more stars I would! Thanks guys for making my day😊👍🏼
