Food was great service was even better. Burning love is my favorite burger . The service is sketchy some time . Most of the time they get our order right. Theirs been times also when they completed screw it up so I guess it depends on who cooks in the back. Servers are friendly. The food is good

This particular Red Robin had us wait for 20 minutes, even though most of the tables were empty and not being used. I would guess it was due to not having enough staff. The food was good, and service was good as well.

Food was good,, service still hit and miss each time we go. I had the new brisket burger and it was a 4 out of 5, I thought the bbq sauce was to sweet and should of been bolder since everything else on the burger was sweet. I also would have choose different cheese, maybe a peperjack.

We used to LOVE this place and would eat here at least a couple times a week but lately it's become so frequent with errors to the food or they leave on items that we have an allergy too (and have let them know there is an allergy too) that I feel like I have to call almost everytime and end up feel

Food was excellent. Beer was nice and cold. Service was excellent. Bartender was helpful and attentive. I’ll be coming back for lunch again.

It was ok. Nothing special. I like the red robin in Salem Oregon better. The one off Lancaster. They were always checking on the customers and bring basket of fries from the time customers sit down tell there food got there.

Fan favorite... menu is pretty much as it was 20 years ago. Food was good, staff friendly We always have to wait here for seating. The vibes great really kickback and Inviting. Over all a great place. Prices are average for this type of restaurant.

Literally my favorite place to eat once a year. Great atmosphere and lots to choose from. Very family friendly.
