Great bakery that makes fresh bread. They got desserts and lunch sandwiches. They have lots of outdoor seating with limited indoor seating due to covid. Our kids loved their sandwiches. The mozzarella tri color sandwich was fresh and tasted good.

I love Salem and Oregon in general, we visit often. Tried Cascade Bakery’s Rustic loaf. I was disappointed. Drove from the coast to do some shopping in Salem of things I cannot find here. When I got to the bakery(early afternoon) they were closed. Will not try again. I fondly remember the bakery I used to buy there when they were open more hours. 😑

I got a selection of goodies from their pastry case and everything was impeccable. French baguette didn’t even make it home, so good. Already planning my next visit.
