Taste is what you would imagine, wait time was average and the prices are pretty standard only thing not worthy is that the dining area was very clean. Seemed like a quiet place to have lunch.

I asked for Chicken Katsudon. Nomally (in Tokyo)...this is a chicken cutlet cooked in egg and spring onions and so moist that it falks apart on your fork. This cutlet had no taste, was cooked dry. Clean restaurant. Price high for quality of food. The search continues..

Great experience with some real Japanese cuisine. Very clean and warming atmosphere within the restaurant. Decor is very Japan and very wonderful. Would recommend this to anyone who loves Japan and it’s cuisine.

The teriyaki chicken plate is great! Fried rice is awesome. The beef is just okay to me here, i would only recommend the chicken. Teriyaki sauce is on the sweeter side but very good.

Haven't tasted the food yet, but the service was not good. It's 100 degrees out and I came in with 4 kids and very pregnant. I ordered food to go and asked for waters to go as well. They went into some hidden cupboard and pulled out 1 cup that didn't fit the lids. After asking the other person again for cups for water to go (thinking maybe the first gentleman didn't understand English as well since I he didn't speak to a me) She did the same thing and gave me one cup. I specifically asked for cups that fit the lids, and she tells me they didn't have any, when I pointed out that they were just right there behind the counter they said they charge 50 cents for those. So cheap! I sure hope the food is good. The restaurant and bathroom was nice and clean, but that's just TERRIBLE customer service. I even tipped them already for a to go order, more than they would have charged me for the stupid cups... Seriously why???

The food is my favorite in town. When I called to place a to go order. And asked if they had a salad option. The lady said I called the wrong location, and dialed the wrong number. Ummm no. Very much called the right place. The food is still my favorite. But I will not call ahead to place an order. Also they don't have a menu anywhere that I can find online.

MAY I SUGGEST LOVE LOVE TERIYAKI INSTEAD OF HERE! Teriyaki sauce for both places are pretty much the same flavor, Love Love is a bit cheaper.
The food is not worth the price. I ordered a chicken teriyaki and ribs plate for $12.50. When I opened my plate, it looked like a mini. I just moved here from Hawaii, I'm used to paying high prices for food, but that also comes with the quality and quantity.
