It's been awhile since we have been to this location. Tonight was not as good as we had hoped or remembered. My full rack of ribs lacked BBQ sauce and was kind of dry though it tasted good. The prime rib we had was a nice piece of meat however, because it was cooked on a grill, it turned out to be quite dry. The salad was amazing though. And the jalapeno burger was tasty, but it wasn't very spicy. But by far the best thing was our waitress. She was very attentive. We expected it to be expensive though portion size was nice.

I've been going here for nearly 20 years and tonight was the worst I've seen this place. Our table was not clean, it was sticky and had little food particles on it. My wife's silverware was not clean, it had rice still stuck to it from whoever previously used it. Our waitress got her new silverware but never did apologize, instead it was "Here ya go" and that's it. Our waitress was not personable to us, instead she seamed bothered and would walk off while still talking. The windows facing Lancaster were absolutely filthy with handprints everywhere and what looked to be slobber or food slung against them. As I looked up I couldn't help but notice numerous cobwebs above us. It was sad to see this place so run down...Probably 25% occupancy tonight not very many people. Food was good though. I hope this restaurant can get it together.

We came here for a steak dinner.
The parking lot was clean but there wasn't a lot of parking spots.
When we got in the door we were welcomed warmly and had a short 10 minute wait.
The waitress was awesome. She took great care of us and gave us all the time we needed, this was our first time here. There was a good variety on the menu. We ordered and the hot rolls were quickly brought to our table.
The meal was close behind. The steak was cooked to perfection though it seemed small. The combination plate was huge with great flavors.
They did a good job.
I recommend this place.

The food was perfect as always. Cooked right, served beautifully by the cook, tasted excellent. I’m giving two stars because the service of the bar tender (who was our waitress) on a Sunday night was less than pleasant. For starters, I was ignored when asked about drinks. The only focus was catering to my woman. I understand the thought process, and I suppose conventional masculinity and conventional femininity is a thing of the past in Salem, but not at my table. There should have been at the very least equal attention to both of us and not just my woman. Secondly, when I asked for a boilermaker, being told “the shot won’t do anything.” Is an irrelevant comment. I enjoy the taste of whisky from time to time and the beer mellows it out enough to enjoy and wash down a burger as opposed to straight jack neat or rocks. For a guy who drinks once to twice a year, I wanted what I wanted for a reason. Thirdly, when I say 5 times what beer and whisky I wanted, to have to repeat it that many times…. McDonald’s get my order clearer than she did. I left a 15% tip not for the service, but because I didn’t want the cooks to not get a tip. Had I of had the cash on hand, I would have tipped the cooks and not the server. Other than that my wife and I had a good time in each other’s company with good food.

This used to be our favorite restaurant but unfortunately, it has gone way downhill. We did not feel welcome at all, we weren't even greeted. The wait wasn't too long to get to our table, but it took about ten minutes after sitting down for the waitress to get to us to get our drink orders, then another 10 minutes for rolls. We weren't offered peanuts or a second basket of rolls. My husband got the $35 Prime rib but the best thing on his plate was the broccoli. The rib was salty and the potatoes were cold. I asked for a medium steak but it was practically well with a tad of pink only in the center, it was also dry. My sons grilled chicken was dry. The waitress was very sweet but seemed very stressed so I don't blame her at all. I don't know what's going on, but sadly I don't think we'll be coming back until it is resolved.

Went there with a group of 5 and had a great lunch. The service was good and prompt. Had some appetizer rolls and sample platter. They were great as well!
I got a salad with steak on it. The salad was good but very light on the meat slices (3). So 4 stars on that.
The steaks were cooked to everyone's liking and the sides were good too.
Still recommend going here and be aware that you don't get much meat with the salad.
Wasn't very busy for 3 in the afternoon. Good time to go.
