Love it! Would give 5 stars, but there is one employee who constantly holds up the line because she spends too much time talking to certain customers even after they've received their order. Might bother me less if she had ever been friendly towards me, but she's not. This has happened multiple times when I've gone there. Everyone else is wonderful!

Overrated coffee. The people who work at this particular place aren't even friendly. "whadya want?" I expected so much more. The biggest girl here was clearly not given instructions to smile. The rest of the crew seems like they're zombies.

I purchased a drink, the pumpkin brulee latte, and really did not enjoy how it tasted. Which that is no big deal at all, everyone has their preferences. But when I came back and asked them if they could swap it for something else, the girl said no, and that she would check with her manager, and they said no as well. I'm not sure of any coffee chain that is unable to do that. In fact, I've been to multiple Dutch bros, where they have swapped drinks that were subpar or not to the person's liking. So most Dutch Bros get five stars. This one however gets one.
